Opening party to celebrate the new “House of Vans”

House of Vans, a private warehouse, opened up it’s doors October 16 with a huge 25,000 square foot facility with a indoor bowl, outdoor street section, and a permanent stage for performers in Green point Brooklyn.

The opening day consisted of an gnarly skate sesh in its brand new bowl with New York locals and Vans pros.Throughout the night a large selection of food was served from it’s 3 hot dog stands, pizza RV, chip stands, and Vans waitresses serving fish tacos, cheese burgers, and many more varieties of catered food on top of skateboards. Free photo booth pictures and free custom Vans were also available for all guests. Aside from the all night open bar, the biggest attraction by far was the performance of Mos Def and Public Enemy. They stole the crowd away with an epic concrete! From the skating, the the amazing food selection, open bar, free custom Vans, and epic performance it was an overall amazing night for the New York City skateboarding community.

There was a photo booth set up to take pictures that aired on a big screen and also printed out to take home

July 22, 2010 – (Santa Monica, CA) – In its 4th year rolling into Manhattan, Red Bull Manny
Mania has expanded to take over an entire weekend with an international flair, bringing in
the best technical pro skateboarders and an entire new crop of upcoming dreamers. All the
previous Manny Mania champions will face off against a heavy list of pros, and for 32 amateurs
from around the world, they could possibly step from obscurity into the skateboard spotlight.
